No Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

GoQRides does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription payments, promotional services, or advertising fees once payment has been processed, including for unused time or mid-billing cycle cancellations. By purchasing a subscription or promotional service, users acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Overview

GoQRides offers both free and paid subscription tiers for businesses. Free users may discontinue use of the platform at any time without obligation.

For paid business subscriptions, users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at support@goqrides.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and users will retain access to all paid features until that time.

GoQRides reserves the right to issue refunds only in cases of verified billing errors or unauthorized transactions at its sole discretion.

No Refund Policy

GoQrides does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription plan, premium feature, or in-app purchase under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused portions of a subscription period
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Technical issues on the user's device
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will NOT be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
  • Access to premium features continues until the billing period ends.
  • Your account and data are retained unless you separately request deletion.

Pre-Purchase Confirmation

Before any subscription payment is collected, GoQrides presents a mandatory confirmation prompt that clearly states:

  • The subscription plan, price, and billing frequency.
  • That all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
  • That subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • A direct link to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • A clear "Confirm & Pay" button that requires deliberate action.

By clicking "Confirm & Pay", the user explicitly acknowledges they have read and agree to this policy.

Auto-Renewal Policy

All GoQrides subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

GoQrides will send a renewal reminder notification via email at least 3 days before your subscription renews. It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged.

GoQrides is not responsible for charges resulting from a failure to cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. GoQrides does not store your payment details directly. Stripe's terms and privacy policy also apply to your transactions.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or card issuer against valid GoQrides charges may result in immediate account suspension. GoQrides reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels.
